"I wouldn’t stay here again not because it was little inconvenient specially."

Hotel was clean.

Too much walking to the room. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. I thought the stay was at Paris but it was at Horseshoe which was too much walking with my elderly parents who requires assistance. Getting around to places requires too much walking.

"We were disappointed in the hotel and Booking.com"

Location was good. The pool area was okay, but they put all the chairs in the sun, because they want you to pay for a cabana. The room was out of date and disappointing.

We believe that this place is out of date and needs upgraded. We checked in using Booking.com and had put down for a king, but when we checked in were told only queen room was available, but if we wanted to upgrade for additional cost we could get a king room. We probably will not use Booking.com every again. We will be booking directly through the hotel's website.
