Ciqala Suites Hotel - San Juan

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, lo que garantiza un buen descanso. El desayuno es aceptable y la ventaja es que se puede tomar en la habitación con total comodidad.

• El restaurante: Está en el rooftop y los platos son buenos, pero excesivamente caros (sobrevalorados). Al estar abierto al público general, por las noches (especialmente los fines de semana) se llena por completo. Si no reservás con tiempo, es imposible comer ahí. • Los elevadores: El hotel solo cuenta con dos, lo cual es totalmente insuficiente para la cantidad de gente que sube al restaurante durante la noche. Se hacen filas largas para poder subir y, si vas llegando o saliendo con maletas a esa hora, la experiencia es una odisea.

El lugar aledaño daña un poco; es un estableciendo que se presta para mucho. Salimos del hotel y el acera frente al establecimiento habían envases de heroina; crack o lo q sea. Pero obvio era d droga. No tenia nada q ver con el establecimiento. Pero no me gustó esta parte. El hotel bien.

The biggest advantage of this hotel was the value. It was one of the more affordable options we found in San Juan after our cruise, especially for a group of four. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated having a large apartment-style setup (we had two of these rooms) with plenty of space. The rooms were simple but generally clean, and the tiled flooring made everything feel easy to maintain. The location was convenient enough for Uber rides around San Juan, and there was a convenience store nearby.

The property feels somewhat dated and basic overall. The furniture and decor seemed older, and the aesthetic was fairly plain. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable — the mattress was thin and you could feel the metal bars underneath. One housekeeping staff member also seemed annoyed when we requested help converting the sofa into a bed. The elevator was extremely slow and not ideal for guests with luggage. There was also some noise from a bar across the street during the afternoon and early evening.

The fact that you ordered your breakfast and it is delivered to you, we were waiting a long time for our breakfast and most of the items we ordered they didn't have, they seemed to run out of food.
