We liked the location having an ocean view in the distance and all the facilities the property provided. The size of the one bedroom unit was perfect for the week we spent there

It was our first visit to Tenerife and we spent all 6 days in this beautiful place. The apartment was perfect, all clean, well equipped and the stunning view from the apartment took our breath every time we looked out of the window or balcony. Javier, the owner of this property is a well-known Spanish artist and he spent some time, showing us his extraordinary pieces of art, what we loved a lot and were honored to know more about hist art work. If you have a car, you always find a place to park close to the spot and you can easily reach the market to buy all you need for your stay. There is also a lovely garden with lots of flowers and beautiful pieces of art, but as we traveled a lot around the island, we didn´t spend much time there. If you’re looking for a tiny and quite place and plan to travel and enjoy the nature of the island, choose this beautiful place for your stay. We really loved it.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, and is a fantastic place to chill out. The owner is friendly and welcoming.

We knew the kitchen didn't have an oven before booking, but having stayed for 12 nights we missed having an oven.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife. The apartment is perfect for two people, with everything you need for living and cooking. The real highlight is the stunning terrace with breathtaking ocean views, which made every meal feel special. The shared amenities are excellent, including a well-maintained pool and a barbecue area that’s perfect for relaxing. The property has a private entrance, which adds to the sense of tranquility and seclusion. Parking is easy, with plenty of space right in front of the property, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, leaving us thoughtful welcome gifts. Javier even gave us a tour of his workshop, where he showed us some of his impressive work—a really personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. The location is also great. It’s just a 15-minute leisurely walk to the center of Icod de los Vinos, where we found several excellent restaurants. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Tenerife!
