Best breakfest ever, great hosts

I am not used to rate the accomodation, but this time it is different. The hosts have been special, but also the accomodation and the perfect location to visit the Hamptons. Everything super!

Super location. Arranged with excellent taste. The hosts are nice, helpful, sweet and operate with their hearts.

Just a bit of repainting on the outside…but sure the owners know it

breakfast was very nice. Karen offered to make us eggs and toast. There was a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurts, coffees, etc. Very quaint and super welcoming. We got engaged while staying and they were so happy for us!

Very nice Hampton style house with the bay only 50 yds away. Karen and Juan are great hosts and made us feel as if we were living in a family 😍

Nothing at all

Fabulous stay! Juan, Karen, and Lucca made us feel welcome and at home. The big, comfortable king size bed was a pleasure after a long day. Our breakfast outside was lovely, endless coffee, and is now on our "go back to" list.

All was good.

This beautiful bed-and-breakfast is the perfect place to relax, to go sightseeing in the Hamptons, to go for a swim from its small private beach, to feel like home and being part of the owner's family. The breakfast is to die for! The house is picture-perfect clean. The owners are around - but never impose - to recommend beaches, restaurants etc. Two great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the house off the main road.

Everything was just fine! There is just one advice: When first going there, be careful not to miss the driveway that leads to the house. It is hidden from the busy main road. The location is perfect as the house is not affected by trafffic noises.
