Absolutely lovely little b&b right in Southampton. The staff (Trevor) was great, the room was quite comfortable, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be back !

I love the view, my bedroom, and master bathroom, , Breakfast was good and simple not too heavy

It needs a better sign for the entry. Easy to miss at night.
