Er hing een kelder lucht, het was er heel erg vochtig en stoffig…. De eigenaar gevraagd om ander appartement maar die was niet beschikbaar

La limpieza, comodidad de la cama y cocina, la ubicación y la buena comunicación con el propietario, que ha sido amabilísimo en todo momento.

La humedad, creo que es un problema grande que afecta al confort del apartamento porque no se secan las toallas de un día a otro. Creo que sería necesario un toallero eléctrico u otro tipo de sistema de calor, como radiadores.

El apartamento esta correcto, tanto las instalaciones como la situacion

Es un bajo con mucha humedad por lo que la ropa imposible de secarse... imprescindible un toallero electrico para poder secar las toallas y evitar el fuerte olor a humedad que coge todo el apartamento

El apartamento es precioso, muy moderno y con todas las instalaciones necesarias. La cama es cómoda. Muy bonito todo. Se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del centro.

Eché de menos algun sistema para secar las toallas ya que no tiene salida exterior. Como un toallero eléctrico.
