Linda Apartments by Rent All Como

We loved the apartment being on the piazza and so close to Lake Como and the marina

We were anxious about collecting the keys at a remote location. We were tired from traveling and didn’t know where to have the tacit drop us off-between the apartment and the key location. Also, we didn’t know what to do with the other family members while we went down the keys-it was raining

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located

Pre-check in procedures is cumbersome/not well coordinated, no elevator (need to take the narrow stairs up to the room) and need to sign a long contract for a 2-night stay with penalties spelt out for damages/dirty/etc.

The property was open and spacious. It was very clean and everything was tidy. The view and location were also perfect, just a short walk to everywhere. The property managers were very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus!

The stairs to get in were a little difficult but this did not outweigh the positives of the property.

Location and cleanliness

NO lift - Stairs were horrible Master bedroom bath had bad gas orders in the room all the time.

One of the very first important things about this place was the pictures—they look exactly like what it is, unlike other properties that just show misleadingly beautiful and clean photos. The location is ideal, with a stunning view and all the most wonderful attractions around us. The house itself was exceptional. My family is very particular about cleanliness, and I have never seen them this happy in a place. Everything was spotless and new, with so much attention to detail. You could find whatever you needed in the house. The details were perfect, and we truly felt at home. The cleanliness was exceptional, the balcony was exceptional, and the house was equipped with all the facilities one could need. The location was also perfect. They even had an app that was very helpful. Finding the key was easy, and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful—whatever we asked for, they responded immediately. The only concern we had was the stairs, as my father is elderly, but they were kind enough to accommodate us on the second floor. I can't express enough how much we loved this clean, bright, beautiful, well-equipped, and new apartment. Even the exterior of the building was the most beautiful among the others. This is something we can't stop recommending to other people. They even provided some food and snacks as a welcome gesture, which was really thoughtful. I can't stop emphasizing how many wonderful details this house had. I wish all places were like this one!
