2 gas bottles ran out of gas 9pm freezing cold night 3 kids had to get up go stright home to get them warm cutting the holiday short should have at least checked gas supply before we landed kids upset

Caravan was lovely and suitable for my mum who has mobility issues.

I loved how cozy it was and it was very clean we was all very happy with our stay

Communication with the owner was great, although the keys were not in the deposit box on arrival the owner was quick to solve the problem for us. Location wise great as we had booked up to go into Blackpool for our trip. Spoilt for choice between a bath or a shower as there was 2 bathrooms. Hairdryer and iron with an ironing board was a bonus if you were staying for more than 1 night. Main bedroom was very spacious compared to other caravans we have stayed in. Never stayed in a caravan where the beds have already been made up so that was a bonus.

Pictures were a little deceiving on booking.com, broken blinds in pretty much every room. Television did not work in the living room so good job we had phones and ipads to use, if we had stayed for longer that would have been a real let down. Dvd's are supplied in the caravan. No TV in smaller bedroom although it states smart tvs in the description. Had not been cleaned before our stay, glasses needed washing before using as they were filthy. Lamp shade above the dining table hadn't been dusted so previous guests had written dust on the lamp shade to show how dusty it was. There was hair on the cooker hob that hadn't been cleaned either. Stains on the duvet cover on one of the single beds which my 9 year old son pointed out to me. Check out time on booking.com stated 12pm however, after a conversation with the owner regarding the key situation it then became clear check out was 10:30am so we didn't get the caravan for 24 hours. With some tlc and a good clean it would be a lovely little caravan.
