Find peace in a chalet by the beach

The chalet was well equipped, clean and just generally lovely. It was well decorated and the owner was very helpful

I couldn't pick a fault with the place. Everything was perfect

The chalet has a very small footprint but, given that, the facilities were impressive. The hosts very kindly provided details of the area before arrival and also stored some milk into the fridge, as we were arriving late on a Bank Holiday. The local coop was open though, which proved useful. The intention was to use the location for sleeping only, and as a base from which to visit other attractions, but the weather dissuaded us from some of the walks we had planned to make. Luckily we had chosen well, as the cabin proved more than capable of keeping us comfortable for the few days.

A little more crockery might have helped even though, without a dishwasher (which would have been too much for the space), the dance required for two to wash and dry the dishes would have been more prolonged. Some extra storage, perhaps with the addition of shelving could have helped, and eating together using the inside tables (2, almost the same height) could prove problematic for some, even if providing some comic moments. An extra key would have been a godsend.

Hosts are very warm and friendly, nice clean place to stay ideal location. Our fitters team really enjoyed their stay.
