Fantastic host, very kind and helpful. For a small extra fee, he kindly offered to pick up my partner from the airport, even though the flight arrived after midnight. The apartment was very cozy and clean, and easy to reach from Borgo Panigale station. It’s located in a quiet area, ideal for getting to the airport. There are pizzerias and a typical local restaurant nearby. It’s just one train stop from Bologna Centrale and also reachable by bus. I’ll definitely come back if I need to stay in the area again!

Good location for exploring the area on a budget. Easy access to all highways (Verona, Firente, San Marino, Padova, etc). Bus for Bologna center is 5 minute away and takes you to old town in 10 minutes. The accommodations are very nice, with big rooms, clean bathroom, nice big bed, WiFi and central heating. Parking in front of the accommodation is a huge plus. If we ever come back in this area, we would book again for sure.

Maybe a bit chilly the first night, but you can ask the owner to set the heating at a warmer level. Definitely should add a microwave. The oven is great, but sometimes you just want to heat something quick.

Everything is just excellent.

Near to airport, host was helpful with all the concerns. Prompt responses on all questions. Has dropped us to airport around morning 3AM. Which was really a helpful.

Check-in time could be little earlier. And if the place is available may be host can allow to check in bit earlier.

Pro: - an affordable price for those looking for budget travel - close to the bus stop 23 that takes you to the center of Bologna - close to Bologna Borgo Panigale train station, which took us straight to Unipol Arena where we needed, but which in just 7 minutes takes you to Bologna Centrale station, from where you can take a train to any direction. - the apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need - the host was extremely nice, he explained everything we needed, he offered us coffee to make in the morning - for a fee, the host picked us up by car from the airport and took us to the accommodation

Cons: - for comfortable people, it is a bit far from the center - we traveled here in October, and it was already quite cool in the apartment - the floor tiles were very cold; I recommend taking slippers with you If you don't want to spend a fortune on the Marconi Express that takes you to and from the airport, if the host can't help you with his car, then it's best to either rent a car or take the 944 bus!!!

Guilio, the host was so generous. I was so tired when I arrived but he had waited for me at a late arrival time.

The location was perfect for visiting the Ducati plant and it was kinda away from the tourist area. Grocery stores in abundance nearby. Used the washing machine and the provided drying rack in the bathroom. Bathroom sink and counter area were great for getting ready and storing items. Parking was easy to use and gated. The owner met us early so we could put our food in the fridge and drop our bags before going into the town center.

We didn’t have great luck with the stove top cooking. It would have been nice to have a bedside table even small for our glasses and phones at night.
