There was no kitchen, although it was mentioned in the facilities. The owner did not help us out, so we had to go to a restaurant. Also, the water from the shower stayed on the floor. And the shower was very smelly.

Nothing. This property is awful and so is the host.

Everything. No kitchen even though the listing says there is a kitchen. Poor customer service - the host ignored messages requesting a changing of towels and bed sheets. Dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. Wifi not reliable.

Room was one of the best I have had in the Philippines, especially for the price. It was clean and modern with great AC. Owner was really helpful, I had hardly any requests but they were quick to answer and seemed to really care about the guests.

Only the location, it is in a residential area where there was lots of noise and cats and dogs making noise at all hours. No fault of the home - but there were roadworks throughout the area which made it more expensive and difficult to get a taxi without walking some distance. If there hadn’t been roadworks in the entire town this wouldn’t have happened I’m sure. Only downside was that my room wasn’t serviced, I left for the day at 9 am and returned at 3/4 but the room hadn’t been touched. Maybe I needed to ask for this to be done.

Going upstairs and the staff with the local number never answer to the messages and several calls due to some issues such as our room is occupied by another couple and we were transferred to another location by a person from abroad whom I had messaged
