Lovely & bright 1 bedroom apartment near the beach

The place is lovely with many thoughtful touches

The bed is a bit squidgy & pillows lumpy. Kitchen could do with a proper roasting tin or 2 for the oven

Good value for money very clean and tidy all facilities set out well.

Got the impression that you save energy don't use to much electricity or heating boiler padlocked light switch high up just had heating ticking over issue entering place with communication my fault as received instruction but lost info when trying to locate property number and a bit of hanging around in the cold trying to get info resent.

An absolutely delightful apartment in a great location, really clean and in a quiet location. A real find in the heart of Kemp Town, very much enjoyed my stay and already booked another one.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful but not a real issue, on-street parking, which can be quite expensive depending on your arrival time but one of the disadvantages of a Brighton stay and certainly not down to the really attentive owners.

A lovey flat ideal for a couple or small family and a pub right across the street charming

It was a very cosy room, walking distance from the beach and not very far from the main town either
