They almost stole my clothes

The hosts were very nice and very accommodating! We would definitely book here again in the future.

The parking situation was a little tricky to figure out because we had a big van in a small space, but I let the host know that it was a bit of a tight squeeze and they made room immediately, which was very appreciated!

I really love the interior design and appliance. Compliments for the hard put in to make the place extraordinarily beautiful and well designed. Plus, the cleanliness of the place is top notch. Also, It had every appliance I could think of that I would need from home.

The only complaints were just small bugs like mats here and there but I’m sure that’s just an Arizona thing. Besides the property itself, I would just say that messaging between the owners is a bit slower considering that it’s done via booking app directly.

Beautiful guest house. It was perfect for my daughter and I in Phoenix for a soccer event. Very clean and well maintained property! All the essentials you might need! The hosts were great!

Entire property well done inside and out.

No key - no clear entry info was stressful. No contact with host. No information about the facility or the city. The fact that we had to wait essentially until our arrival to know how to get the door open. There was no apparent way to talk at any point so we could not tell them we were hours earlier than originally planned and had to hang out elsewhere until their specified time. The lack of printed information about how to turn on the heat and to be patient with the water that takes a long time to warm enough to use was also stressful. The weather was unseasonably cool going from 90s a week before to 60s upon arrival ... and that made getting warm inside much more important. The facility is very nice, good location, HOWEVER, the cleaning fee made this at a cost on part with a 4 star hotel. We are very neat and think if little or no special cleaning is called for a reimbursement might be a reason to return.
