"highest floor, perfect view and next to shopping mall"

IOI shopping mall just next door. lovely place to stay, come with 2 bed room with extra mattress. best is come with water purifier and washing machine. low density, there is only 1 block. ONE BLOCK

can't find the fan remote control, can only on and off

The interior deco of this unit was nice! It was cosy and clean. Besides, the directions to key collection and carpark were clear enough and we could easily maneuver over. The security guards were helpful and it was right next to IOI Mall, Kulai Jaya. Starbucks was just some 30 steps away too! It's very convenient!

The carpark can be a bit challenging for a new driver or those who are driving a big car as there are many pillars and sharp turnings. Water pressure is on the low side in the shower and bathing could be a long process if you have more than 4 pax.
