Castle area Old town flat with terrace and 2 rooms

The apartment is very well located, close to the centre and the old town. The bedrooms are spacious. Terrace is huge. Quiet neighbourhood. Flat had all details for a short stay - coffee, olive oil, water etc.

We liked everything.

Davide is super helpful and flexible! Uppon arrival his assistant waited for us with the keys and showed the apartman around. It was a day when there were some construction work on the building and the gas water heater turned off, we contacted Davide on whatsapp, he responsed inmediately, told us how to turn on the heater again. He even wanted to pop up inmediately but we could solve it through phone. Before leaving, Davide let us leave our luggages behind the check out time and pick them up later. The apartman is spacious and the beds are super comfortable. It has two bathrooms. One with a shower, bidet and a toilet and one with ony a toilet, no shower. It is a big advantage! The bedrooms are separated. The double bedroom has no connection with the terrace, the other room with two single beds has the entrance for the huge terrace. The living room with the sofa & tv and also the kitchen are well equiped. Wifi is great. The old town and the buses are max 3-5 min by walk. Davide asked us if we have any recommendations in connection with the flat. I told him that the shower is very small and the towels are tired. He already bought everything for the renovation so the flat will be even greater with a new bathroom.

Overall everything was great!

Great locations. Everything in walking distance. Spacious flat which very well equiped. The owner and his collague were really friendly and helpful. The parking (in a saved parking garage, 5.50.€/day) just is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Small supermarket just 60 méteres away. Several good restaurant nearby. For a 3-4 days city visit a perfect choice!

The interior a bit tired. The shower is tricky but the owner said that it will be renewed in november (2023.).

The apartment itself was much more bigger then it looked on the pictures. We mostly spent a time on the huge terrace which is great advantage of this apartment. Overall we were very satisfy with the accommodation. 10/10

Good location, close to Bari Vecchia, but not in the cleanest neighborhood. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is the main advantage of the apartment, especially if you go during warm season.

From the 2 bathrooms, only one has a shower. Which is veeery small. None of the bathrooms has a window. The sheets and the towels are old and they have a smell. It didn't feel safe and comfortable to use them. It would be nice to replace them. The doors are very noisy when you open/close them, which can become very annoying during the night. The apartment is old and needs a lot of improvement.

Our host was very responsive and accommodating, speaks excellent English. We would stay there again any time.
