Interior comfort is ok.

1 ) There are no lights in the entrance by road. Can't even recognize there is a place like that. Very hard to drive in that byroad in night time because it's totally dark. They are not putting attention about that inconvenience of the customer. 2) Keeping only one towel for a family room and charging if request for extra. I believe they should think about the requirement of all customers because we informed the number of guests before check-in.
