"Very poor"

They charged me more than what's shown on the booking.com. When we asked why, they showed some booking.com screenshots with the additional amount. The bedsheets were not clean enough. Do not recommend to stay here.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The staff who called us was very rude 0711666700. We informed him we will reach at 1.30 am since we travel from far. I was with my 6 months baby too. We called at 12 am and said we are still on the way and we will reach hotel as soon as we can. Once we reached we called him,he spoke rudely and asked us “is this a time to reach” and didn't share a proper location and guided very badly. We couldn’t locate the hotel since there was no name boards or anything and the road was the worst And he lied us saying hotel is 2km from town but its 7 km. He almost wasted our whole time. Even after we reached the place , he was talking as we went to stay for free. So we returned without staying in span grand and booked a best hotel. This is one of the worst place to stay

"Terrible experience we ever had"

The bedsheets weren't cleaned and there were no soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for that. There was a tv but not working. And they charge more than the website sayed. And also the key to the room was broken.
