"Absolutely terrible service"

There were files all over the entrance and bathroom in my room. One of the beds had a stain on it. And the shower would not run hot. The water from the shower area was also leaking onto the floor, around the toilet. I've stayed one night, before I left and booked another hotel. I have not been able to get in contact with the staff since. I have claimed to get my money refunded, but they have not answered any of my calls or my messages.

"Maravillosa"

La ubicación es perfecta. Una habitación muy cómoda, pequeña pero acogedora.

La ducha no tiene cortina y se llena todo de agua, no teníamos mocho para poder secarla y el agua no sale caliente.
