Comfortable 3 Bed House with Garden & Parking

everything was explained perfectly straight forward the location was good

only bad thing was no microwave

The house was in a decent location. The lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms were just as the pictures.

The bin outside was full to capacity, so we were greeted by the odours of an unpleasant smell. The thermostat could not be located, so the house was cold. There wasn't a microwave, which is a shame in this day age.The bathroom was decent, but there was pink and black mould on the ceiling. The mattress had stains on it.

Lovely wee terraced house with a private back garden and outside seating. Very quiet area, but close to shops and Mapperly high street. Property was nicely decorated, clean and no clutter. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were really comfortable.

It would be good to have a full length mirror in the property and a mirror in each of the bedrooms.

The photos on booking.com advertising this property is misleading. There was a lot of damage in rooms that was edited out of pictures to make the apartment look new and more attractive. Some of the damage included dents in walls, bedroom door hanging off the hinges with long screws found on the floor which was a hazard as we had young children staying with us. It was evident the cleaner didn't clean the property to a high standard as there was cobwebs in the entrance, bits on the floor, dirty socks on the lamp shade, food on the living room floor, smears on the white kitchen cupboards and marks on the bedding. We had to clean the apartment ourselves. The location is okay but on a VERY busy road which is not ideal for families and parking is VERY limited, you'd be lucky to get a space as there is only about 5 spaces and they are used by other residents. Would not recommend and still waiting for my complaint to be investigated as no compensation was offered.

Not clean, poor location.

Everything is excellent 👌, very good location, near to bus station " Porchester" only 3 mins. Walk, which also in face of Aldi. The house is 5 stare new furniture's, cleaned, very comfortable. Very nice gardens included. Very secured parking. Very supportive and kind hospitality stuff ❤️
