Large 3 bed property

The property was spacious enough for 5 of us and has a nice little garden in a quiet area. The price was very competitive and its about 1hr away from lake district national park wich was convenient for visiting lake district. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Amazing, nice clean

Nothing ! We could not stay there! It was NOT as advertised. We were very disappointed as we booked this property based on it location, garden and street parking! So bad we could stay there, went to the local premier inn instead!!!!

The garden was s jungle with nettles, and there was no gate on, so it was not secure for the kids!! Street parking was non exsistant. It looked like an abandoned car outside the property! Black mould in bathrooms, dirty windows, and the dishwasher had mucky standing water in it! I have contacted both the owner and booking.com customer service and had no reply from either! I did expect at least the cleaning charge for the property to be refunded, as we did not stay there! Also very disappointed as I thought booking.com was a reputable company, but they advertised this property and didn't respond

We housed a crew of engineers in the house who were working in area. They have commented about the excessive mould in the bathroom area, along with cobwebs with large spiders. The house didn't appear to be very clean.

Was everything we needed, the area was lovely close to shops and pubs, lovely huge fenced field round the corner so was able to let the dog run around after a 9 hour drive. We drove up to climb Scafell Pike the property is around 25 minutes drive down a straight road so it is fantastic for those needing somewhere to base

The sun room was a great feature.

The cleaning could have been better, on street parking will be tight for a large car.
