The location and potential for this property is all there.

The cost for what you receive is miles apart. Loads of snags with the property and maintenance issues Unfinished building work to outhouse Extension lead covered with plastic to power hot tub Hot tub not clean so we all got a rash and had to go to the doctors. Sauna trips out electrics Plumbing system really loud so woke the baby Door handles not attached to drawers Children’s bedroom window is low and has no safety lock so health hazard Fridge door has no shelf for milk. Shelves don’t fit in fridge Aesthetic not there with en suite. Rusty radiator, old toilet seat and paint flaking off wall Again due to cost the expectation was that finish would be as neat as a pin
