"Very clean well presented spacious flat with everything you need plus easy parking"

Clean, light, airy and spacious. Easy free on road parking. Very quiet at night.

The shower needs attention - wouldn't switch off properly so wasting water. Very bright lighting. Didn't like the pillows. These are tiny points to raise on a great flat I could otherwise hardly fault.

"Weekend with cousin"

Very spacious apartment. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Very well equipped. Host left lot of goodies - tea coffee sugar milk even biscuits. Walking distance to town and beach.

Kitchen cabinets need cleaning.

"A great place to stay, 10 minute stroll to town centre and the seafront."

This is a very nice two bedroom flat, very spacious and very clean. The smaller of the two bedrooms has a small en-suite. If you were staying longer than one night the kitchen is modern and the owners put a bottle of milk in the fridge and leave a small box of biscuits for a nice cup of tea or coffee on your arrival.

One small query. With a large tv in the living room why isn’t attached to an aerial. The freeview box also didn’t seem to work. But it’s only a query, doesn’t detract from the property being a really nice place to stay

"Uplifting!"

Great location, very close to Collingdale railway station and easy flat walk to De La Warr Pavilion and sea front. Well furnished apartment with off street parking. Would stay again, if the need ever arose.
