It was perfect for our family group, two couples and youngest daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen well equipped. We had a family birthday lunch party in Bexhill centre so location was excellent

"Nice apartment but not luxurious"

Likes - It was in a great location, only 10 min walk to the beach, 20 mins to the town centre, and there is a Tesco Express just across the road. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of cups and plates etc in the kitchen. The tvs had access to all the usual subscriptions, and hand-wash and toiletries are provided. Comfy beds with thick duvets and a nice view. Dislikes - The off-road parking spaces were both taken by what appeared to be the property owners' cars, so we had to park in the road. We were expecting to park in the driveway as advertised, so felt a space should have been made available. The property is fine but definitely not 'luxury' as described as there were so many small bits and pieces letting it down. The curtains did not work well. They let a lot of light in as didn't cover the windows well, and were quite thin. One bathroom had three light bulbs out of four not working, the other also had a bulb not working. The shower in the main bathroom also dripped the whole time. The bin in the kitchen didn't open, the floor divider to the kitchen kept popping up, so is a tripping hazard. There are no lights under the kitchen cupboards, so hard to see what you're doing. There were small repairs, such as holes in the wall not dealt with. All of these things are not what you expect to find in a 'luxurious' accommodation. There is a 'for sale' sign outside the property for the flat, so it appears that perhaps the owners have lost interest in it. Overall, it's fine for an overnight stay in Bexhill, but not quite what we were expecting from the description.
