Location is great. Sits at the heart of Ikeja with easy access to the airport, computer village, and Ikeja City Mall.

1. There is no access to hot water from the taps. You have to boil water in a jug if you ever need to. In my case, there was an issue with the jug, so I had no access to hot water on my first night. This was subsequently resolved with a jug provided. 2. The shower does not work. 3. Other events that occurred during my stay do not seem to be a recurring theme and were one-offs. I will only recommend this location if you are looking to save money, as the other amenities (microwave, fridge+freezer, washing machine) come in very handy. As for any other inconvenience you may encounter, the host is readily available on the phone to help resolve them.
