Stylish Garden Apartment, Exmouth - 'Little Monty'

Little Monty was a lovely and comfortable accommodation with very nice and up to date facilities.

Very few negatives come to mind. The main thing for me was struggling to find parking close to the accommodation in the evening as the street parking fills up very quickly

It had everything we needed including an outside space.

The bed was soft for us,but would suit most visitors

Quiet street close to town - the layout and equipment in the flat was excellent would have enjoyed sitting outside but sadly rain had other ideas

Very comfortable and well equipted. Parking permit was sorted by the host's for our stay. Easy short walk to the shops and beach front.

Hostes were very welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay truly fantastic. The location is just perfect, quiet but still very close to all that Exmouth has to offer.

Have no dislikes and will Def be back again.

The flat is absolutely beautiful and is off the beaten beach track but it is an easy walk down to the sea front. Communication from the hosts was perfect and they had thought of every little detail - including arranging a parking permit and leaving milk and biscuits for when we arrived. It was ideal for two plus a dog and there is a dog-friendly beach within walking distance.

Everything!! pics of property on site looked beautiful must have been years old lounge and kitchen very dirty t.v internet based struggled to watch terrestrial tv had signal disrupted regurlarly free parking advertised but as was in a residential area limited spaces received two parking tickets in 3 days host lou seemed lovely but needs to check up on cleaner dust cobwebs and spiders everwhere in lounge kichen ill equipped encouraged recycling but no food caddy bags supplied etc
