Caravan very tired looking, smelt of dogs, bed mattress needs replacing.

The caravan was dirty and very smelly, was told no pets were allowed which is why we booked, turned up and had to buy new bedding for the kids as it was a dog friendly caravan,and allergy to dogs, wasn't clean, dog food and pet hair everywhere, needed a good revamp
