Tropical Bali Bamboo Villa - 7 Minutes from Canggu

The villa is very nice exactly like the picture. The property handler is very helpful. They offer in villa massage service i ordered it as soon as i arrived it was quick and amazing. I ordered a pool flower for my sister’s birthday and it was gorgeous.

The entrance is not very nice, the location is little bit further than we expected. The dining and sitting area is outdoor so don’t leave any food outside the cat will come for it

Clean and spacious

UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. 1) check in was at 2 pm which was then told to us to be 3 pm. 2) Breakfast was included at the time of booking and later was told to us it is not included now. They conveniently put the entire blame on Booking.com for giving wrong information.Giving correct information at the time of booking is very essential for the travellers. 3) Checkout was at 12 pm but they kept pressing us to leave from 11.30am because they had guests who wanted to check in early.However, when we requested early checkin, we were denied.The cleaner was standing outside villa from 11.30 am knocking the door. 4) In the whole rush that was created by them, we forgot a jacket and olaplex shampoo with conditioner, which was never informed to us with honesty. 5) Very isolated villa with only 2 cameras in the common area as our security. 6) The projector is not compatible even with the latest one plus and i phone and they replied that they can't do anything about it. Only one person is a communicator and that too on WhatsApp. I believe he is a mediator/housekeeper between guests and the owner. Every guest is important. Your job is to make the stay pleasant for each and every guest and not to scar it. I am writing this review hoping for some attitude change from the owners and the housekeeper. I hope future guest's expectations are met right.

The overall house is really nice and very picturesque, the staff is responsive and professional.

Is not a problem of the house but due to it being surrounded by nature you will have a large amount of mosquitos all around the house.

Extremely unique property, it reminded me of Swiss family Robinson Tree House. We loved the pool area merging into lounge. Staff really great and got food for us and set up dining table, nothing was too much trouble.

Always wanted to stay in a Bamboo villa and this property did complete justice to its name. Host Ivan was very hands on and took care of all our needs. You have two fury friends in the villa which was lovely to have! Ivan had set up top notch Projector facilities to creat a Home theatre experience! Loved it!!

Location was a little far and too many lizards and insects.
