ZAZAPerfect location for my stay. Exactly as pictured. Central enough to get to Underberg and the shops quickly, but secluded enough to feel like a farm stay. For a woman who often travels alone, it's rare to have the privacy of a cottage, while being close enough to the main house (and the friendly guard dogs that come with it) to feel secure. Fast WiFi and good cell service - very important for me as I work remotely. GREAT pillows (very important) and bedding. Michele was a wonderful hostess who was always available via Whatsapp if needed.

ZALakeside is a truly stunning cottage with breathtaking views. Michele and Alan are exceptional hosts who took the time to explain the area and recommend nearby hikes and trails. Conham Nature Reserve is just the up the road with day visits allowed. There is an incredible hike to a water with a deep rock pool The dam is well stocked, and although the fishing was challenging at times, the effort was well worth it and made the catches even more rewarding. The cottage is beautifully maintained, and the staff who service it are superb—friendly, attentive, and professional. There are three wonderfully friendly dogs on the property who are gentle, loving, and a real joy to be around. We were also treated to a thoughtful selection of welcome items from local farms, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended—we would definitely return
