Burley Road

How well designed this little place is was a major bonus. Clean, modern, everything you need and totally cosy. I loved that both bedrooms matched and had lovely double beds and dressing tables. The furniture was all good quality and clean. Great that parking was directly outside and free with a permit. Great price too.

The only thing I could mention for an improvement would be as it is a basement flat and it was a very warm 31st July/ 1st August night we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down a little. There was noise from walkers by, traffic and cars with music on late night. A small fan in each bedroom would be great so no need to open the windows or hear anything outside. That is the only thing I can say to improver this place. Was great otherwise.

The accommodation was exceptional, really lovely, tidy clean and very stylish

I think only three things that could be different. Tea and coffee was provided but a small pint of milk could have been put in the fridge (but not a big issue) Also something really minor the loo roll holder would ah e looked nicer on the back wall instead of in front of the loo. And lastly if you wanted to something extra maybe some fake plants on the back fire exit stairs so if people opened the blind in the bedroom it would give a nicer view. But all these are not really needed as it was lovely

Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a couple of nights for my son's graduation. Walking distance to the uni and city. Beautifully decorated - loved the pictures 🙂

The appartment has very good facilities, it's very comfortable and was spotless. Exceptional VFM. The city centre is walkable in around 15 minutes. Easy parking.

The location isn't the most celubrious, but it felt safe. It is a basement flat.

Spacious and light - nice feel . The stairs were difficult for my auntie though

I was sad the owner wouldn’t let my aunt, who had travelled from Perth Australia with my dead uncles ashes , enter the property an hour earlier without incurring additional costs . I thought that was mean spirited
