Easy check in. Sarah was very helpful and responsive by iMessage. Super clean and comfortable. Lots of utensils and kitchen stuff although we didn’t need to use them.

it was hard to get an Uber to and from local restaurant but we think it might have been due to the rail strike.

The apartment nice & clean. Beds are so comfortable. We were also happy that there’s a fruit & veggie store right outside the gate. And, above all, the staff are quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this property.

Location is 7 minutes drive from FCO airport. Clean and spacious apartment. Host is very cooperative. She arranged a Taxi back to the airport with a reasonable price. Very relaxing. Has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy dining and coffee. Good internet.

The apartment was beautiful and fairly clean. Modern, a decently large size. It is located close to a corner store and is about a 30-40 minute walk from multiple beaches and another 30-minute walk from a bus station that takes you to Rome. The owner can help you out if you need anything, they speak English if you ask them to. Our stay was fine there, it didn't add much to the experience. That's about all the good things now read what went wrong.

Some things just didn't sit right. There are many items showcased in the listing that were simply unavailable. For example, the door to the laundry was locked, and the bicycles apparently should have been "booked in advance" which we were not notified about. There were also no bathrobes or free toiletries unless we seriously consider the 50 towels and the 3 bottles of your typical body wash-shampoo-conditioner trio as such. There were an odd number of goodies even though they knew 4 people were coming. So 3 bottles of water and an odd number of "breakfast items" (snacks) made the impression that they were not ready for our arrival. Further proving this is the fact that there was barely any body wash left in the bottle, I had to ask for more which is just unfortunate but they did deliver a new bottle in the afternoon. The walls were also super thin. I constantly felt bad even just talking to my family late into the night because I knew the neighbors (who had a toddler) could hear everything, and vice versa. The fruit market downstairs had deliveries late at night so we woke up to loud noises at least twice during our 4 night stay. Next, the wifi was horrendous unless you stood by the router. It barely ever worked in the kitchen and living room area and I believe it was 3G internet so it was also slow. I had mobile data but since there was barely any signal in town, it was almost completely useless. The "streaming service" they mention is Netflix but you have to log into your account, so what's the point? Finally, I'm not sure how the city tax wasn't included in the booking here. It felt very under-the-table, PayPaling them. All in all, I felt like I was lied to a little because let's be honest, this is not exactly a budget home. Although not overly expensive, they should have been more well-prepared. I honestly felt let down after reading all the positive reviews.

We had a wonderful short stay at Carrie's apartment in Fiumicino, and I would highly recommend it. The check-in process was seamless, with clear and precise instructions to find the key and access the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. What stood out even more was the host's kindness—she offered to drive us to the airport the following day and did so at a very reasonable charge. Her hospitality truly made our experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near the airport in Fiumicino, this apartment is a fantastic option.

Was not properly cleaned TV only in the bedroom, not the common area. It would have been nice to be able to watch TV when the children were asleep. The camping bed provided for our child collapsed when it was sat on and was not fit for purpose
