A one bed flat in Romford

The location is great, Elizabeth line, 3 min walk, many restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean, of course. The hosting service was very quick and efficient, and communication was easy.

Bed is bad. Shower cubicle bad

Absolutely nothing. I spent 1 hour trying to clean this place before I gave up and moved to a hotel.

The flat was extremely dirty. The lower part of the shower door was covered in mold, the bed linen had large yellow stains as well as small black streaks, the curtains were disgusting and falling down and the kitchen was dirty, especially the questionable liquids inside the fridge. The freezer and fridge did not even close as they were frozen over, which posed a fire risk. After trying to defrost it for nearly an hour, I gave up. After a total of one hour in the flat I moved to a nearby hotel, even though it meant additional costs and I was dead tired as I arrived at midnight. Getting into the building itself was also a challenge as some of the buttons on the keypad (especially the "enter/ok/call" button) were not readable. A resident of the building also advised me that you need to keep pressing the floornumber until you arive at the floor, after I spent five minutes trapped in a non-moving elevator.

A mini studio with a living room and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Beautifully furnished and with medium to good facilities. A house with a predilection for service housing in a block with pleasant and respectful people. Recommended for short stays and to people traveling for work

Great location, easy access. Lots of cafes and restaurants within half a kilometre.

Sofabed did not have bed linen - or not in an obvious place. Luckily I had considered the possibility and brought my own.
