Olive Tree 2 bed Apartment - STAYSEEKERS

The unit has potential, but it's mismanaged. Time for Quality Control.-Water pressure. -Spacious. -Kitchen, if it was clean enough to use. -Washing machine. -Management asked if we wanted to relocate.

Beware. Filthy. Worst booking we've made in 8 years. When they asked us at 10 p.m. Saturday, it was too late to relocate. Everything in the proximate location sold out. Slept on top of the bed, not in it. Bedsheet wasn't fresh. Bathroom unbelievably dirty. Kitchen was unacceptable. At check-in, keys were left in unlocked, wide-open lockbox. Management blamed it on the last client. The cleaning crew would have discovered it if they would have shone up. Please take responsibility for your lack of quality control.

The apartment was clean and had reasonable facilities. Information and access were flawless.

The apartment has a damp issue by the smell, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than one night. The area was so so, close to a supermarket but entrance is narrow due to several wheelie bins up to the apartment entrance due to the building being occupied by several people.

Warm and comfortable and clean. Good facilities (apart from a missing corkscrew!) and surprisingly quiet given its location on a main road between Salisbury and Wilton. An easy enough walk to the centre of Salisbury. It was better than expected
