The property is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view on the lake and a fantastic garden. Rooms are lovely, breakfast was really good with some homemade cakes baked by the host Alessia. Thank you Giuseppe and Alessia for this great stay at your B&B!

The view and aesthetics of the guesthouse are attractive to extend your stay. Giuseppe and Alessia are helpful and attentive to guests. Very tasty breakfast, including Alessia's pastries. Very pleasant to stay with them. In my opinion, a stay requires a car (about ten minutes from the town of Nemi). The stay and hospitality are very pleasant.

This wonderfully-run B&B is a delightful, beautiful, quiet escape from busy Rome. Even though it was the Off-season in November, we felt completely pampered. We enjoyed our lake view from the Superior room upstairs, the hosts are fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve slept on in Italy, and it was serene and peaceful to stay here. No complaints … don’t hesitate to book it if you want to be outside of the bustling city and explore a beautiful area.

I liked everything.

Complesso piccolo ma curatissimo dove tutto funziona alla perfezione, appena defilato rispetto ai centri vicini ma tranquillo e a pochi passi dal lago. Ottima la pulizia sia del giardino che degli ambienti interni. Grande disponibilità ed eccellente accoglienza. Colazione ricca e varia. Ci torneremo in estate anche per godere del terrazzo/solarium. Grazie per l'accoglienza anche da parte della nostra cagnolina.
