Opulence is a way of life

The apartment was amazing. The bed was so comfortable! Loved the pool area and the gym was perfect.

Everything was easy. Obtaining the keys/garage opening and parking. The location could hsve not been more perfect. We went to American Airline Center and it was directly across the street. The location was very walkable. Several restaurants to choose from as well as a convenience store. The apartment wa well furnished with soaps,shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. I was very pleased to find coffee and my favorite creamer!! Nicely done. The view was amazing.

The bed was a bit small and very soft but we slept fine. Also, a bit of a climb to get into the shower. Over all very nice!

The location is perfect! Across the street from American Airlines Center, and walking distance to several great restaurants and a Starbucks.

This unit had a great view, if you looked past the roof of the American Airlines Arena. The location would be ideal for games or concerts at the AA Arena. It was not too far from the events we had scheduled. We could walk or utilize the tram system which was a short walk( 5-7 min) from the property. A Tom Thumb (Vons/Safeway) was also very near. The security of the whole property was adequate. The concierge and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We hate to be overly critical but the unit had some problems which some simple attention is needed. Starting with check-in. Because of our flight options we arrived at the property 1:30 pm with luggage in hand. Concierge told us we could check-in if unit owner gave him permission. We contacted owner with the situation but got no reply. We understood check-in was 4pm because cleaning crews needed that much time. But concierge informed us that they had left already. Nearly every Air-B-N-B or Vrbo we have used in the past is flexible in these situations. And check-in times are getting later and later.. 2pm , 3pm, 4pm ... is 6pm around the corner? Very inconvenient for travelers with luggage in hand . The concierge was nice enough to store our luggage so we could at least walk to the nearest restaurant. The condo did have some problems. The coffee maker(Keurig) stopped working. The lock for the sliding door to the balcony was broken so we were unable to use the balcony. Only 5 hangers are supplied in the closet. Most annoying , the mattress needs to be replaced on the queen sized bed. We found ourselves rolling constantly to the middle of the bed because the mattress has zero support. Most uncomfortable. Pets are not allowed evidently in the unit but we detected pet hair and odor within the unit. If , if you are relying on the couch for some kind of sleeping arrangement( we did not) it is not a pull out couch and would only be somewhat comfortable for a small child only. The programming on the television had youtube tv but had no premium 'movie' streaming unless you signed-up for such . The description of the unit implies that streaming 'like' Netflix is available. ( but you have to pay for it!!) The fore mentioned problems may sound minor, but when there are so many it does make one's stay inconvenient. We are only comparing this unit to others that are much more accommodating.
