Long lawns and full recycle bin on arrival

It is a nice quiet street close to all the things we wanted to do (zoo, rainbows end, weta workshop, Sylvia park shopping). The driveway is steep so lower cars may have to street park like we did but there were no issues with that. The house is lovely and warm and comfy and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very well located. Quiet off street. Back property, access to a garage

Was not very clean on arrival. Food packets, crumbs and toys around couch in lounge. Wads of hair also on carpets upstairs. Could have had a rug in living area. Recycling bin full of rubbish and not collected from council.

Property had everything. Location was perfect too. Loved our stay. Will definitely be booking here again.

Specious enough to accommodate a family of 6. Well equipped.

House advertised for 8 people but only 4 dining chairs available. No coffee machine as advertised. Kitchen under equipped when advertised for 8 people - missing tea towels, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, cups, bowls. No extra blankets available in the bedrooms. Seems like previous feedbacks have been ignored (bedrooms gets cold in winter with no additional blankets. Its distrusting from "Home away from home" experience when we have to go looking for pots and pans and insufficient cutlery and crockery. Eight guest needs to be accommodated as advertised. Another bad experience was early morning cold shower due to no hot water (no gas). No clear instructions stating what to do if the gas runs out as the property is serviced by twin gas bottles but no instruction on what to do or how to change gas bottle to get infinity water heater system working. Not happy with the experience.
