Due to a lack of transparency in the charges and the impossibility of reaching an agreement, we have been forced to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Office. The reason: the advertised price did NOT include electricity consumption, a charge that appeared nowhere on the platform and was not disclosed during the booking process. We were only informed after payment and check-in, at which point cancelling meant losing almost the entire amount paid. We are sharing this so that future guests are forewarned. Ante la falta de transparencia en los cargos y la imposibilidad de llegar a un acuerdo, hemos tenido que presentar una reclamación formal ante la Oficina del Consumidor. El motivo: el precio anunciado NO incluía el consumo eléctrico, cargo que no aparecía en ningún lugar de la plataforma ni se informó durante la reserva. Solo nos lo comunicaron tras el pago y el check-in, cuando cancelar suponía perder casi todo el importe abonado. Dejamos constancia para que otros huéspedes estén advertidos.

Prąd dodatkowo rozliczany. Za tydzień 80 euro. Długi czas zwrotu kaucji jednak wszystko wyjaśnione i do nas wróciła:)
