Monte Isola - Decio Rooms

Det låg bra till.

Jag fick intrycket att jag hade bokat rum med utsikt. Jag fick ett rum utan fönster. Trots halvfullt så fick jag inte ett annat rum. Personalen inte så trevlig. Frukosten bestod av croissant och kaka, müsli och yoghurt, sen fick man köpa till ägg för 7€ och apelsinjuice för 5€.

Struttura stupenda, unica e in una posizione di lusso per godersi la bellezza di Monte Isola e il lago. Titolari e personale super gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. È stata un’esperienza unica!

La posizione

Mancavano le luci vicino al letto. Invece del bidet hanno messo il WC con la sistema complicatissima che faceva anche il bidet. Non siamo riusciti ad usarla. Il personale risponde quando è comodo per loro. Non hanno lasciato gli istruzioni di accesso per il self check-in, ho dovuto chiamare all arrivo. Ho hiesto di prolungare il soggiorno di una notte, mai ricevuto la risposta. Ho prenotato dall'altra parte. Poi dal Booking risultava con una camera da letto, invece è un open space, quindi la d'iscrizione non coincide con la realtà. In generale è stato carino. Colazione è buona. La ragazza è molto gentile. Non so se torniamo.

Vista lago e il bagno nuovo

The location is fantastic, the hotel is right on the lake and close to several different piers where ferries depart for the other side of the lake. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The views from the room were fabulous. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The electric venetian blind system in the room was slow and impractical, which was particularly annoying because the room had seven windows and people on the street could easily see into our room (there’s a ferry stop right across the street from the largest windows). Breakfast consisted of nothing but sweet pastries, with the exception of one sandwich, and we had to pay 5 euros for scrambled eggs, even though we were staying in the hotel’s most expensive suite. We found this distasteful. Also, the wifi password they provided us with didn't work.

Everything, it was wonderful.
