Trodde det skulle vara mer ”riad” som det stod, nu kändes det som en AirBnB lägenhet. Frukost skulle finnas men när vi kom fick vi dagen efter veta att vi istället skulle gå till ett café. Det saknades toapapper, diskmedel, duschcreme mm på stället.

Dès mon arrivée, plusieurs points essentiels annoncés dans l’annonce n’ont pas été respectés : 1. Accès à la piscine impossible : l’hôte ne m’a pas fourni le badge nécessaire malgré mes multiples demandes. Or, l’accès à la piscine était l’une des raisons principales de ma réservation, surtout compte tenu de la chaleur à Marrakech (44°C). 2. Information trompeuse : l’hôte n’a pas précisé que la piscine est fermée le vendredi, ce qui réduit encore l’accès. 3. Petit-déjeuner non fourni : alors que j’ai payé pour cette prestation, je n’ai rien reçu. 4. Communication défaillante : j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôte à plusieurs reprises depuis ce matin, mais il ne répond pas. Ces manquements constituent une violation claire des conditions annoncées et m’ont causé un préjudice important. 👉 Je demande donc à la plateforme : • soit un remboursement partiel ou intégral pour les prestations non fournies. Je reste à votre disposition pour fournir des captures d’écran de nos échanges ainsi que toutes preuves nécessaires. Merci de votre aide rapide dans le traitement de ce litige.

Ik had geboekt voor 8 personen. Ik heb een huis van 6 personen ,ik had ook geboekt met ontbijt. Ik had nooit iets van ontbijt gekregen. Ik.had tegen de broertje erover gezegd hij zei hij weet niks van. Ik had alleen 2 keer contact met de eigenaar. Geen goede communicatie. Toen wij bij de zwembad ging krijgen wij te horen dat er is afspraak gemaakt met de eigenaar dat alleen maar 6 mensen kan toegang krijgen voor het zwemmen en de rest moet betalen.. 3 dagen voor vertrek willen hun mij een huis geven van 8 personen. Terwijl de broertje zei tegen ons dat wij 1 dag zal blijven bij de appartementen van 6 personen, na bespreken hadden wij besloten om te blijven van de 6 personen huis.

We stayed for a week at this property and it was definitely worth it. So here’s our review based on how we stayed as a mixed family of adults and children. This property exceeded our expectations especially after reading previous reviews. It is a spacious Riad we book for a full family so had the whole place to ourselves. 2 rooms had en-suites and the other 2 without which was fine. And there’s another wc downstairs. We had toilet paper and 3 towels provided in each bathroom. Plus soaps. Extra blankets provided in each room clean and wrapped up. Kitchen was spacious, clean and dishes cups provided. So we did make some Moroccan tea ourselves using the gas cooker. And a clean fridge which we stocked up on drinks. The washing machine was in order which helped as we had little children with us and managed to keep up with the laundry, hanging it outside on the rooftop where there are washing lines provided. The weather was lovely so we took advantage of sitting on the rooftop where there was a cosy seating area overlooking the areas 3 swimming pools. There are 3 pools, 1 for the children and 2 adults plus sun beds, shower and the usual facilities you get like changing are and toilets too. The Wi-Fi worked fine, kids would watch tv. In the evenings before bed and smart tv meant they were able to access apps like YouTube on Tv. The location is amazing! It’s a gated area with security so the children played safely in the area which felt like a little village/town of its own. There are 2 women’s spas, a pharmacy, a local mosque, a few grocery shops and about 5/6 restaurants that we visited occasionally for breakfast or lunch before we headed out to explore. The people are so so friendly within the area and outside. Our host Zubair was very good and provided very good service was very attentive whenever we had anything we needed or any questions. Overall a family friendly Riad and location very impressed and would stay again.

I would say the only downside would be that the pools were not heated. This would have made the stay perfect.

It is close to the medina (just outside the wall)

No washing machine, no breakfast which is stated to be included. Basically nothing there (toilet paper, hair dryer…)

The property was grand ,spacious and clean in traditional Moroccan style

One of the reasons we rented this property was that we needed to get washing done, but the machine was broken The sheets on the beds were clean, but the blankets in the cupboard were dirty, when I pick the blanket up in the morning a cockroach came out from it and ran under a pile of clothes. We caught him and flushed him down the loo. also, we haven’t seen another one since. Breakfast is included with this property and we were told to go to the café for a free breakfast, but the café was shut all day so no breakfast We thought this property would be great because it is a gated community, but we caught a Moroccan lady trying all the car doors to see if they were open including ours When we approached her, she just pretended she had the wrong car. We told security who could speak English and then suddenly they couldn’t understand what we were saying. It’s a shame because it could’ve been a nice experience in Marrakesh
