Fantastic clean apartment with all the facilities you could hope for, the sauna was a welcome addition and the heating was very good. The location was right in the center of town without being loud.

There was a little noise from surrounding apartments at the weekend but nothing late enough or bad enough to be a problem.

Great location just few steps from Zero point, you could ski straight from the apartment to slopes, spacious apartment, well equipped,, fantastic jacuzzi and sauna, drying cabinet was so handy. Accomodation was very warm and cosy.

We had a bit of a stressful start as we didn't receive the code to open the apartment at a check-in time. We called the owner but he didn't understand English so had no clue what we were talking about. I have send him text in Finnish and still no response. We had to ask a Finnish girl to call the owner and ask him to provide us the code. After that communication started and all information was provided so we could enter the apartments. The situation could be avoided if the code was sent at the time of check in.

I didn’t receive the message for PIN code and other instructions, while my phone works perfectly fine for other messages. So we waited in the cold for half an hour after check in time and keep messaging the manager via booking app.

The host is nice when he let us check in early. The apartment is in Levi resort, which is close to everything. The apartment is warm. It also has a dryer to dry all the wet clothes.
