Todo en general estuvo bastante bien, mejor de lo que esperaba

Lo único que no me gustó mucho, fue la forma de el checking, ya que llegamos un poco tarde sobre las 6:00 de la tarde y tuvimos que esperar hasta las siete al de seguridad para poder entrar al recinto y acceder a las llaves

Muy bonito el apartamento, la cama muy cómoda tiene de todo los equipos electrodomésticos que se pueden utilizar y funcionan perfectamente, la piscina muy buena y limpia,igual que el apartamento muy limpio y amplio.

"Leuke locatie, maar service op afstand is niet ideaal."

Ruime locatie in een leuk complex.

Er is geen fysieke balie, medewerkers van het complex werken op afstand. De receptie van het hotel aan het complex wist niet van mijn komst en ik kon daardoor moeilijk binnenkomen. Ben op dag 2 gebeld of alles naar wens was. Daarna verliep het contact moeizaam (tel wordt niet opgenomen, late reactie op apps). Het koffiezetapparaat was stuk, kon pas gefikst worden na mijn vertrek. 🙄

Convenient, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Ideal for family holidays. Good swimming pool, restaurant and bar on the territory nearby supermarket and also very close the ocean. Convenient accessibility by bus. I spent 10 days with my son and we really enjoyed the island of Tenerife.

We messaged within office hours for the WiFi code as the one provided was not clear and we needed it for work purposes. We got no response for the 2 weeks we were there
