Where to start???
It wasn't just the cleanliness of the place, where you could literally lick off the floors, (which I didn't do, I promise!), it was the decor, in keeping with the Tombstone/Wild West theme.
We stayed in a beautiful, all lodge pole, cozy little cabin, our first stay, 2 years ago. It was small, but magical and right next to the outdoor hottub, complete with little rubber-ducky pool buddies!!😁😁 This year, I met the on-site Manager, Loke, who made herself available, even on Christmas, during our stay, and met me at my car, upon arrival.
We stayed in a fully modular 2-BR/2-BATH, this Christmas and had the whole place to ourselves. We grilled our Christmas Eve supper on the grill, on our deck.
I used to book, thru an online travel application, but developed a friendship with Melissa, the owner of the property, ( they have 3 or 4 other properties in the most beautiful and natural locations), and you can book with her, directly.
Walking distance to historical Tombstone. Literally INSIDE TOMBSTONE.
You can't beat the cost, (and please don't scoff at the cleaning fee (small). Even when added to the nightly fee, you're still paying more, for a room at a Red Roof Inn, somewhere else, that probably has bedbugs and a dirty, old mattresses, than you are here, for have a whole private space to yourself. Roku TV, heat and air conditioning, and surrounded by the best people, ever.
That our stay wasn't longer! And.... the fact that I forgot to take pictures, although I think my travel buddy did, on his phone.
