Central location with good walking distance to the centre of Kutaisi. The owner was very understanding and allowed me to withdraw cash to pay him after settling into my room, as well as allowing me to check out very early in the morning for my flight. We had a lovely balcony so sit on.

The bathroom was a wet room, so no separated shower door, which meant the entire bathroom gets wet, though it should dry up within an hour if you leave the extractor fan on. Some of the towels provided smelt bad and musty. There was only one thin pillow per person which was slightly uncomfortable to sleep with

My favorite place to stay. Already stayed like 3 times and looking forward more in future.

It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Kutaisi, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being so central, the room was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place in Kutaisi.

The shower

The hotel is located close to the city center, in a quiet area. The room was quite big and the personnel was friendly.

The rooms are a bit old and one evening there was no hot water (but I had it the next day).
