Really liked this place, perfect location for kutaisi, room nice and comfortable and very good value. Check in super fast. Lovely dog and nice chap. Would def stay again

Comms were slightly weird but guy was very nice with excellent English when we met him. Check in so fast we didn't pay at first and then he thought I was sneaking off in the morning when getting early bus!! Was fine though. Great balcony although shared with another room..

"Great option for overnight in the City Centre"

Perfect location. Heart of the city but still quite street. Very welcoming host. Super comfortable bed (stayed in Double room with castle view)

Bathroom might get wet as there is only curtain. Suggest you to grab some slippers as the hotel does not provide one. In total very good option and price value.
