The Comfort Zone - Mthatha

My room was on the first floor . Reasonable clean with high quality air conditioner . The shower was incredibly spacious and the water pressure was good . A lot of facilities were clean

NOISE !!!! I was allocated room 19 and is exactly next to the swimming pool . I presume there are renovations done and had I know was never going to book bcs I genuinely don’t like a noisy place . People were grinding as early as 7am . Also there should be a rule about nose , other guests were very noisy at 6am I guess they work for the construction

Buzz on the gate did not work you have to wait long time and the noise next to the pool i think its generator

Everything about the facility,hospitality and courtesy. The price vs service standards are unmatched. I have already recommended the venue to friends and family for consideration.

Improve bathroom ventilation and repair/ replacement of the front door lock. These are not negetives from my pespective but are items to be improved on to set the facility further apart from the rest.
