두번째 방문인데 앞으로도 사당역 근처에서 모임이 있을때마다 이용할 생각입니다. 지하철에서 가깝고 주변도 번화가라 밤늦게 다녀도 전혀 위험하지 않습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 특히 침구가 너무 맘에 들었네요. 몸을 감싸는 느낌이 너무 좋아 꿀잠잤어요. 침구브랜드 여쭙고 따라 사고 싶을 정도로^^ 생수와 맛난 간식도 센스있는 메모와 함께 준비해주셔서 맛나게 먹었습니다. 1박씩만 이용해봤지만 좀 긴 일정 이용해도 전혀 불편하지 않을것 같습니다. 그냥 집같은 편한한 숙소 좋아하시는 분께 추천합니다.

I would say it's a good value choice cz there are two seperate rooms suitable for three persons, and it's located quite close to a metro station and local restaurants. The owner provides a lot necessary amenties and tourist information and even Korean snacks.

The building overalla is a quite old style Korean house, and the homestay room is on the first floor without proper wall or at least fence. I stayed alone, the first expression was a bit scared. And there is no shower facility just a shower head. I can easily hear the noise of talking and water flowing from the others rooms.

It is centrally located, close to the subway station and the airport bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just across the street. Despite its location and the number of people at night, the apartment is quiet, and I slept very well. The host is very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. The room is much more spacious than typical hostels or hotels in Seoul. It is definitely worth the money.

There was issue with the door not closing automatically but the host sent someone right away to fix it. Other than that, I could not say anything bad on the property.

One of the best accommodations i've ever visited. Proper service with proper price. Good location, clean and broad house. If i should choose bad things, house building itself is old so you should be careful when entering the first door, like obstacles. Hole with weak cover and head side, boiler tube? And when it's raining, it can be uncomfortable to enter into home, 2nd door cause the hole for water doesn't work properly. Except for those things, this is the best accommodation considering the price. I will definitely use this hotel next visit for Seoul.

Bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The Host was also very kind and nice to work with.
