The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything in it that you could need. Easy to get keys and let ourselves in. Location was absolutely fab, close to all the entertainment, shops etc, but not noisy or anything at night.

This was the best house we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The level of detail this owner has went into is incredible. The house has 3 floors with modern bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. A perfect location as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main spots in port.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – The Perfect Luxury Getaway! Sandy Beaches Portrush has been, without a doubt, the best place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every single detail had been carefully thought through. The accommodation oozes luxury and comfort, with a modern, high-end interior design that genuinely feels like it’s been styled by top professional designers. The home was immaculately clean, and every room looked like something straight out of a luxury magazine – equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfy, and each bedroom had its own TV with Netflix, YouTube, ITV, and every streaming service ready to go. There’s even a cozy log burner in the living area, perfect for those chilly evenings – it created such a warm, homely atmosphere. What really set this stay apart was how the hosts went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. We were visiting for a family member’s 50th birthday, and they surprised us with wine, prosecco, toasting flutes, crisps, nuts, “Happy Birthday” banners, balloons, and even 12 beautiful happy birthday cupcakes waiting for us on arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the celebration feel truly special. The place was stocked with everyday essentials and more, showing the hosts’ attention to detail. From start to finish, it felt like staying in the warmth and charm of a home away from home. We honestly cannot recommend Sandy Beaches enough – it’s a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway. We’ll definitely be returning for all our future staycations.

10/10 couldn’t fault this beautiful house. We loved everything about our stay!

it’s a superb property, well maintained and fitted out to high standard! Beds all very comfy and rooms beautifully decorated. The provision of towels and toiletries was added bonus, hair dryers in all rooms and welcome snacks and wine - the hosts have really thought of everything!

From start to finish we had such a wonderful experience. Dale was very responsive and catered to our every need. The house was beautiful decorated and very welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and had lovely touches of stunning toiletries and a welcome package 🍷. The house is beside a small brewery which had live music during the swell festival which was a lovely surprise !

You cant improve on perfection!

Sandy beaches is perfect. Great location beautiful house. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will definitely be back. 10/10.
