USWater in the fridge. Real cream for my coffee. Close to Dunedin.
Bathroom is not in the room but down the hall. Difficult for my husband who has short term memory. And when opened the door in the middle of the night, their cat tried to get in our room. Sweet cat tho. Bed felt too small for 2 people. And no breakfast because it was a weekend ? It’s tourist season and if it were me, I’d hire a weekend cook !

We have never stayed at a bed and breakfast place before, ww was very pleased with the place we would definitely rebook. Bed is super comfy.
Beautiful home, nice suite, friendly host. Breakfast was delicious! Convenient location to the airport! Would totally recommend!
