It had all the old charm but with the mod cons and comfort in the bedroom. The shower was lovely, worth a stay just for that

Nothing, well except there’s no phone reception in the bedroom but WiFi was good for WhatsApp etc

Great location, friendly staff, decent food. Quiet, comfortable and clean with a lovely bathroom and so much character.

AC wasn't working during the hot spell.

Very attractive property in a lovely village. Good access to Duxford Museum. Clean and modern bathroom.

The bar and restaurant areas were cold, not good when you are eating. The room we had was very small with a very thick continental quilt consequently very hot, we felt we couldn’t win! Our booking for dinner on the second night was lost so we had to eat in the bar. The breakfasts were only average. The staff were not very friendly.
