Bardzo ładnnie i klimatycznie urządzone mieszkanko. Na pięterku znajduje się sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem, na dole zaś łazienka oraz salon wraz z kuchnią. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, więc jak się ma ochotę to można z powodzeniem coś upichcić. W salonie bardzo wygodna kanapa, wszędzie czyścuteńko. Właściciel bardzo miły, zawsze odbierze telefon, odpisze na smsa i odpowie na wszystkie pytania. Lokaluzacja bardzo blisko słynnych Krupówek, a i na dworzec kolejowy też nie jest za daleko. Po prostu perfekcyjnie.
