"No wifi"

Had the whole place to my self.

No wifi. Not the best area. The communication is cold and poor, you will not receive any replies to any questions you may have. I wanted my check in information to enter the property and asked many times if i can get it. Had to wait till 3pm to receive, no problem, but as I had no data I requested to receive earlier or through text. No reply. Was worried so cancelled and ended up rebooking once instructions were sent around 3:10. Wasn’t receiving replies throughout the day to alleviate any concerns so acted pre-emptively as I’m the one who would be sleeping outside if i can’t get in (have had situations in the past like this). This all could have been fixed with professional communication. The irascible woman who manages was taunting me like an 8 year old saying “haha i’m gonna be sleeping nice in my warm bed when you might be outside”. She said she would call the police which is funny since the room is technically illegal (no windows), so if they pull that stunt on you, encourage the call.

Having privacy

The sheets had yellow stains , no television, no heat had to use the oven and we are seniors the third floor was very hard on our legs with luggage
